MaxSys is currently looking for a Program Coordinator for our client in the downtown area.

Secondary school diploma is required
Energetic self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment
Strong planning and organizational skills
Strong skills in spreadsheet and data analysis, design and analytics
Experience with project work
Computer proficiency including (but not limited to) VISIO, Excel, Word, Project
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
High level of initiative striving for excellence, results and continuous improvement
Strong presentation skills with solid verbal and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated abilities in planning and communication of ideas and concepts
Excellent skills in prioritization, organization, time management, and follow up
Strong interpersonal skills to work with individuals at all levels of the business and on own initiative, work on establishing group dynamic.
Bilingualism (French and English) is preferred

Duties that may include, but not limited to:
Conduct impact assessments on change or process changes, to including impact on operations, systems, processes, learning and development and other relevant elements
Utilize existing process workflows and gather data, to investigate cause-effect relationships; identify gaps and recommendations for improvements.
Ensure that all new and/or existing processes and policies comply with systems application and vice versa.
Liaise with various stakeholders to perform investigations on a wide range of issues
Document and brief others on the results of the impact assessments
Provide support in the creation of detailed recommendations for process improvement including implementation timelines
Coordinates activities related to the of the Canadian Government Services Program
Assist in creating project plans and change management strategies to realize company objectives / business plans.
Document, track & report on program implementation activities
Work with teams to identify & deliver improvement initiatives to increase customer satisfaction and reduce cost.
Develop tools/-monitoring systems for all activities & perform time studies as needed.
Perform other duties as requested / required.
Some travel and flexibility with work hours may be required.
