MaxSys is currently looking for a Project Administrator, Intermediate position for our Federal Client.
Minimum mandatory criteria:

Resources must have a:
• Must have 36 months of experience in the past 10 years with data input, data management and project administration.                                                                   
• Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the past 5 years working with the Federal Government of Canada in an administrative support role.
• Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience in the past 5 years using HRG or a similar individual/group travel coordination system.
Education: Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and relevant work experience.
Experience: 24 months relevant experience.
Typical duties may include:
• Facilitate Unit administrative services in performing all phases of personnel travel validation, coordination through verbal coordination with Hogg Robinson Group (HRG) Global Travel Management system and then to account and provide detailed documentation of all associated data to this coordination;
• Provide administrative and technical support of clerical and data management nature as required in support of the Fin Section.
• Liaise with Unit Administrators to establish travel requirements and book appropriately
• Communicate all associated coordination points with appropriate Unit administrative staff and recipients.
• Document all transactions, provide statistics and offer efficiencies options to process
• Maintain and update relevant travel information in Unit manual and electronic files. To be able to provide details metrics and reports of associated travel bookings with CAF booking facility (HRG)
• Report on the status and issues with policies and processes of the travel coordination task with the IC Fin Services so SOPs can be adjusted or updated to facilitate newer processes/regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of the financial accounting documentation when requested in times of scheduled and unscheduled demand surge
