Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
5 years experience.
Multiple or Large Projects
Senior Management Level Communication
Strong presentation preparation (i.e. via PowerPoint)
Experience as Business Analyst an asset
Experience in Confluence / JIRA an asset
Job Duties/Accountabilities:
• Manage the development of project documentation and responsible to support and maintain it
• Will play the lead role in planning, executing, monitoring, controlling and closing projects
• Will be accountable for the project scope, project team, resources, and the success of the project
• Complete project plans, project status reports, project dashboards, change requests, project schedule, and other documentation as required (strong presentation package skills via PowerPoint slides, WBS views, etc).
• Coordinate and prioritize project deliverables and partner with various internal D&A COE teams and Finance stakeholders
• Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, monitoring change control process, testing, documentation, training and on-time delivery
• Proactively identify and resolve project related issues and escalate where required
• Participate in project meetings
• Organize logistics, take meeting minutes and update action item register and follow up as required
• Create and maintain project documentation in databases
• Ensures integrity of the information within the database and other sources of information
• Closely monitor timelines and project milestones to ensure adherence with approved project plans
• Variance to plan will be documented, reported and escalated as required
• Create, maintain and update project repository
• Integrity of the information
• Perform sanity check on project database and other source of information.
• Projects may involve change management, process improvement, etc.
• Coordinates work performed by technical staff and business engagement (internal customers/partners)
• Projects limited in number, size and complexity
• Usually works under the direction of a senior project/program manager
• Business Analysis opportunities as well. Some experience as a BA would be an asset
