MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESManages all aspects of supplier services for the Facility Department including Cleaning, Life Safety, Grounds Maintenance, Cafeteria & Catering, Security, Pest Control, Elevator, Waste Disposal, and others as assigned.Oversees activities of contractors, vendor personnel, and suppliers; Monitors contracts for compliance and controls costs; monitors general expenditures; performs inspections to ensure adherence to contract specifications and industry standards.Ensure adherence and oversight to the requirements of supplier tasks for the Quality Management System, including documentation, training, etc.Supervise all maintenance programs relating to the interior and exterior conditions and appearance of the property.Assist in the development of capital budgets for the property. This includes contributions towards a five-year plan of maintenance, facility improvement, and cost reduction initiatives.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATIONBachelors Degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceFacility Management Professional (FMP) preferredCertified Facility Manager (CFM), International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) preferredBuilding Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) industry certifications preferredHVAC Certification preferred4th Class Power Engineer preferred5+ years of buildings, facilities, utilities service operations5+ years of leadership and people management
