We are looking for Receptionists based in the HRM.
 
**Paid weekly
**Short and long term contracts
 
REQUIREMENTS:
-1-2 years experience in a related receptionist position
-Strong communication skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
-Clear background
 
MAIN TASKS:
-Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
-Greet customers and visitors to the reception
-Receive and sort mail and deliveries
-Receive and send shipments by courier
-Prepare and send postal mail
-Update and distribute the list of internal telephone extensions
