Recruiter-Light Industrial Temporary Staffing
Summary: The Recruiter supports marketing efforts, assists in the identification of requirements for temporary and permanent placement of candidates. The employee recruits individuals to fill those placements and then supports the management of the contracts.
Recruit individuals to potentially fill different skill set requirements.
Effectively and positively manage the relationship with both clients and candidates.
Management of incoming resumes.
Complete 20 or more candidate interviews per week.
Upload all application forms, Back Check results, etc into our CRM system Humanis.
Document and upload all incoming and outgoing correspondence telephone conversations/information into our CRM system Humanis.
Do reference checks on interviewed candidates and undertake Lead Generation.
Identify new opportunities for placements by skill marketing candidates to existing clients.
Generate new business with existing clients.
Assist with the filling and dispatching of open order requirements on a daily basis.
Keep a daily active availability list for all registered candidates for ASAP client order requests.
Account management as required.
Previous experience in recruiting, customer service and sales as asset
Effective Communication skills
Customer Service Skills a must
Ability to proficiently use MS Office suite programs
University Degree or Diploma an asset
Working Conditions: The working environment is an open office setting, requiring normal periods of sitting and standing. The recruiter will work with Staffing Division Associates.
