MaxSys is currently looking for a Senior HR Staffing for our Federal Client.
Secondary school diploma is required
Must clearly demonstrate 10 years experience within the past 15 years of making recommendations to executives (Directors, Director Generals, and Assistant Deputy Ministers) on the development and implementation of HR service delivery including their needs relating to learning and development, or performance and talent management (non-EX), or official languages.
Must clearly demonstrate experience within the past 3 years of leading the recruitment of staffing competition and screening candidates into inventories/pools with multiple streams.
Duties that may include, but not limited to:
Provide input towards the analysis and development of DIMEUS human resources strategies, plans and policies.
Implementing creative sourcing strategies for specialized personnel
Addressing areas of concern such as retention, and shortages
Mentoring and advising management on human resources policies and programs, while transferring skills to new internal administrative staff.
Leading the execution of pool processes, and transferring expertise to internal staff to execute these processes in the future.
Build and execute CS-01, CS-02, CS-03, CS-04 pools including supporting all related administration for the supervisors and managers, such as the preparation of staffing documents, and forms.
Coach new Administrative Services staff on the process to lead these pools effectively in the future.
