MaxSys is currently looking for a Senior Life Cycle Management for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
• University (PhD, Graduate, Undergraduate, degree)
Experience:
• Must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience within the past five (5) years, performing Life Cycle Management Specialist support services for military equipment
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the past five (5) years, performing disposal support services for military equipment
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year of experience within the past five (5) years, performing cataloguing support for new or upgraded military equipment and subsystems
• Must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience as an electronics technician in a civilian or Canadian Forces environment
• Must have a minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience within the past five (5) years as a Life Cycle Management Specialist, performing Repair and Overhaul (R&O) support for military equipment and sub-systems within the In-Service support contracts context
• Must have a minimum of eighteen (18) months of experience within the past five (5) years as a Life Cycle Management Specialist performing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) support, such as configuration management and system safety, etc., for military equipment and sub-systems
Duties that may include, but not limited to:
Cataloguing
• Catalogue new or upgraded equipment and subsystems;
• Develop and maintain equipment checklists;
• Maintain the local Supply Customer Account (SCA) and coordinating transfers between accounts;
• Coordinate quality assurance (QA) on new equipment by working closely with an LCMM.
• Coordinate the distribution of equipment to DND and Land Force formations.
• Distribution of equipment is to be tracked to the end user to ensure visibility on the status of distribution and quality of service; and
• Provide written maintenance instructions to address support requirements (in garrison or deployed) for new and in-service equipment and systems.
Technical services required for the conception design and development of system upgrades, Minor Capital Expenditure (MCE) Projects, Minor Recurring Requirements (MRR):
• Provide input, technical analysis and interpretation of Statement of Requirements (SOR) and Statement of Work (SOW);
• Initiate proposals for developmental projects which address stated requirements;
• Develop technical data and inspection standards that govern fabrication of prototypes;
• Organize bidders’ conference in concert with DND Technical Authority (TA)
