MaxSys is currently looking for a Senior Records Management Clerk for our Federal Client.
• Secondary school diploma is required
• Must clearly demonstrate 5 years’ experience within the past 8 years establishing a plan for managing the retention, disposal of records
• Must have experience developing internal service delivery methods, tracking or reporting tools and monitoring their implementation for consistency and maintaining database integrity
Duties that may include, but not limited to:
• Administration of electronic and manual file management system throughout information lifecycle, including retention and disposal of records
• Participation in the development, review and update of file plans, systems and tools
• Adaptation and maintenance of procedures for the organization’s information holding/records system
• Update standard operating procedure (SOP) on retention, disposal that adheres to departmental document policies and legal requirements 
• Liaise with other organizations as required to develop the plan and SOP
• Oversee the implementation of the SOP
