Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking a Service Representative in Toronto. This is a 6 months contract position.
 
Job Description
ROLE OVERVIEW
This role involves detailed work within the Deposit Team LOB, where attention to details and process/key transactions with speed and accuracy is needed.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
• Individual will be responsible for keying and processing entries in relation to cheques and deposits in to both debit and credit accounts
• Accuracy in positing cheques to correct customers account in timely manner
• Working with a processing team in order to have all tasks completed within fast paced environment
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
• 1-2 years processing/keying experience
• Fast typing skills and accuracy within work
• Strong Excel experience
• Strong excel, investigation and reconciliation skills
SOFT SKILLS:
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good investigation skills
• Good prioritization skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
• University degree/Collage diploma
