Our client in Banking & Finance industry is seeking a Service Representative in Toronto. This is a 6 months contract position.
Role Mandate: This resource will primarily be supporting the Personal Business Banking Payments and Collections Operations. There is not a specific project(s) pegged for this resource; however they will be reviewing reports daily, moving money between internal accounts, applying payments and other duties as required.
Candidate Value Proposition (CVP): This role provides contractor experience with the banking world. The contractor will be equipped with supportive training and a supportive team. Contractor will be working in team oriented/comfortable environment who enjoy celebrating key milestones and occasions.

Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
Apply payments to customer accounts
Inputting transactions in TYSY, NCCS, Customer Connect (MECH)
Working with Excel spreadsheets
Meeting tight deadlines
Excel (beginner to intermediate level)
Min. of 3 years of experience in a similar capacity
Sense of urgency
Experience in TSYS, NCCS, Customer Connect (MECH)
Working with debit or credit cards
Experience with JP Morgan, Moneris, or Interac
Post-Secondary Education either diploma or degree (background in finance preferred)
