Our client in the banking sector is seeking a Servicing Analyst (banking) for a 6 month assignment in Toronto:
Est. Start Date: ASAP
Length of Contract: 6 months
Possibility of Extension: Yes
Possibility of FTE: Yes

• Is the role remote for now? Yes, 100% remote
• Will they be required to return to office when offices reopen? Yes
• Is management open to candidates unable to travel to 250 Yonge? No – local candidates only
Working Hours: SBH- 37.5 hours / week, Monday to Friday
Role Mandate:
They will be responsible for providing back-office support to the Investorline application. In specific, they will be responsible for reviewing, analyzing and reconciling customer data between information reflected in Investorline and data reflected in internal databases.
Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
• Assist in merging client profiles to updated system where single sign on method is used.
• Individual will be responsible for using excel data report and verifying data against existing system (RIS) to ensure client does not have duplicate/existing profiles
• If duplicate profile is found individual will be responsible for merging profiles
• All details of client profile must be closely verified as the merging of systems is very detailed oriented and deals with sensitive information and carries a finical impact
• Leverage MS Access to pull and modify existing databases

Must-Have Skills:
• Excellent data entry skills
• Strong computer literacy- MS Access, Excel, Outlook
• Consistent access to a reliable internet connection is a must
• Strong communication skills, specifically writing skills- the bulk of their interactions will take place via email
• Professional candor, specifically in their writing
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and in a timely manner
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience providing back office support
• Experience handling and interpreting customer data would be a nice plus
• Exposure to, or experience using banking systems- RIS, Customer Connect, etc.
Interview Process: One round, via MS Teams, either via phone conference or conference call
• Note: candidates would be required to collect their assets in person, although the remainder of their orientation/work will be done remotely as stated above.
