The Leader is responsible for managing multiple group improvement initiatives by working with multi-disciplinary teams across the company (Project Management) to optimize the supply network and its efficiency across all product categories by leveraging a continuous improvement mindset. He/she will work with colleagues to introduce best practices and achieve improvements. He/she will be expected to participate and manage WMS/RF and ERP implementations. Identify and prioritize improvement opportunities for the Supply Chain. Deliver supply chain projects in accordance with the organization’s strategic priorities, customer needs and industry best practices. Improve cost of service by providing opportunities through internal customer collaboration. Work with various stakeholders to optimize methods and processes to continuously improve productivity and efficiency of the logistics network. Participates and coordinates the budget process for the group in collaboration with the managers and the Director. Implement, monitor and analyze KPI’s to measure the performance and financial impact of actions taken. Ensure dialogue between cross-functional teams and management. Work closely with the following teams: Inventory Planning, Procurement, Distribution, Business Solutions, Transportation/Logistics, IT and Operations. Optimize the supply chain dashboard to facilitate improvement. Be the liaison for all supply chain projects. Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering / Supply Chain Operations Management (Master’s degree in Supply Chain would be an asset). At least 10 years of experience in a supply chain related project management position. A track record of success in optimizing and transforming distribution, transportation, procurement and inventory planning processes. Able to navigate complexity and make decisions with low data/system maturity Have managed and implemented WMS (RF Technology), ERP and other systems. Must have worked in a multi-site environment (e.g. 27 warehouses, 2 DCs in Canada) Ability to manage and implement a WMS (RF Technology), ERP and other systems. Ability to operate and exert impact and influence with work teams. Bilingual English and French (essential) ** Travel across Canada if required (depending on project). ** Specific knowledge required: WMS, ERP MS office chain.
