Accountabilities and Responsibilities: ? This role is accountable for managing of a digital project which impacts a diverse group of stakeholders, with the key ones external. ? Responsibility for all aspects of the project over the entire project management life cycle (PMLC) of Initiation, Planning, Execution, Control, Close and governance requirements. Planning and Strategy ? Align this project within the program, paying close attention to the roadmap and subsequent projects ? Oversee project from constructing of project teams, project charter and plans, contingencies, success metrics to ROI measurements. ? In collaboration with cross-functional project teams, develop detailed project work plans and schedules. ? Establish and implement project management processes and methodology, adhere to high quality standards to meet customer expectations. Project Execution ? Lead and manage assigned projects or phases of the projects from Initiation through Closure using Waterfall or Agile methodologies to ensure project is completed successfully. ? Actively manage plans, dependencies, scope, risks, issues, quality, and deliver projects in line with overall project commitments. ? Manage project resources, resourcing needs and scheduling ? Effectively track deliverables, milestones, and change requests. ? Manage project scope. Investigate and make recommendations on issues that challenge scope. ? Monitor and report on project progress and, as necessary, coordinating corrective action and/or contingency plans. ? Drive resolution of any conflicts and escalate as needed to avoid roadblocks. Stakeholder/Cross-Functional Team Management ? Establish a clear RACI around project roles and responsibilities. ? Manage cross-functional teams (IT, business, 3rd party vendors, etc.) in a matrix management framework. ? Manage stakeholder relations with a wide stakeholder group ensuring project delivery expectations are clearly defined and met. Change Management & Communications ? Facilitate change management and communication planning activities through project lifecycle. ? Drive regular forums to update business communities and steering committee on progress, status and issues. ? Provide weekly status update to stakeholders Experience/Education Requirements: comprehensive experience leading digital projects in the on-line retailing segment ? Highly experienced in stakeholder management across diverse and large stakeholder base focusing on customer Omi-Channel experience ? Strong skills in project management, formal facilitation and presentation, skills ? Leads the development of project planning covering inception through to detailed scheduling. Participate in program planning efforts and direct all phases of the programs while managing projects throughout the Project Management life cycle. ? Experienced in Microsoft Project or other scheduling toolset. ? Project Management certification is preferred. ? Excellent skills in ? Planning and organizing ? Communication ? Leading others ?
