MaxSys is currently looking for a Procurement, Intermediate for our Federal Client.
Qualifications:
 
Education:
• Secondary school diploma is required
Experience:
• Must demonstrate experience in using the SAP procurement module
• Must demonstrate a minimum of 3 years of experience using Supply Arrangements, Standing offers or Request for Proposals using any of the following Government of Canada procurement tools (TBIPS, THS, TSPS, SBIPS or proservices).
Duties that may include, but not limited to:
• Preparing more complex types of bid documents including Proposals and using tools including Temporary Help Services, TSPS, TBIPS, SBIPS and ProServices
• Evaluating Statements of Work for completeness and adherence to procurement regulations
• Developing bid evaluation criteria
• Evaluating bids against mandatory requirements
• Negotiating pricing, delivery, etc. prior to award
• Recommending the award of contracts or issuance of standing offers or supply arrangements
• Performing contract management tasks
• Provision of procurement services such as preparing contracts, preparing reports, etc
• Applying procurement and contracting policies and procedures
• Organizing work, setting priorities and ensuring that deadlines are met
• Using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word),
• Using GCDOCS and/or electronic filing systems, and
• Have advanced or strong knowledge of using SAP as an electronic procurement system.

Security Clearance: Secret Level
