We are committed to ongoing education and training in the areas of workplace safety, human rights and diversity.
We routinely monitor, assess and report on our conformity with this policy. We require all our employees to comply with this Policy and related directives and policies. We are working to ensure that our contractors and suppliers respect this policy.
We will conduct our business to the highest standards of integrity and corporate governance to ensure excellence in all areas of operations. We adhere to our Anti-corruption and Anti-bribery policy. We will continue to excel at our ISO 90001 Standard.
We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint. We will continue to eliminate paper whenever possible.
Education and Training
We will continue to train and educate every single employee on workplace safety before being deployed. Our goal is zero workplace related accidents. We will maintain a diverse workforce indicative of Canada and its multicultural history.
We have created a portal that allows the thousands of people we employ to access their T4’s electronically. This has resulted in eliminating paper T4’s and envelopes for approximately 14,000 individuals.
We provide ongoing training on human rights and diversity to all our permanent employees every six months at our national retreat.
We support local charities and food banks in every community we operate in. We support veterans and military family resources centres.
